Crystal Fitness 2025 Program

I offer classes and private sessions to work on your fitness goals. To join, contact me for a free consultation and to learn more about my program. I work well with 60+, injuries, and specials cases. All sessions will focus on your concerns, increase body awarrness and strengthen your posture.

YES, you may join if you are under 60, but please note that all classes are tailored to the mature and or injured body. Everyone will need this strength as you age to live pain free longer and to grow old gracefully. (All sessions offered on zoom).

Your body is very important ~ let me help teach you how to use it efficiently!
